Our Team.
Michael Arce has practiced law in New York for over 35 years. He started as a prosecutor and was an insurance defense attorney. He then went into plaintiff's personal injury work and has been on several boards and committees to assist marginalized persons.
He is the firm's trial attorney and mediates and arbitrates cases.
Yolanda Castro-Arce was a judge's court attorney and law secretary. She was a NYC administrative law judge. She founded the firm, out of a need to address injustice against women in the law.
We have dedicated our lives to moving others forward and educating others about the law. It has been a great and successful journey. A rewarding and fulfilling journey.

Get to Know Us
We are a family of attorneys. Michael Arce and I met at Taft High School, Bronx NY. We have practiced law in various areas but for over twenty years, have a firm together. Our two sons are attorneys, as well.
This personal injury practice was born out of our desire to address injustice and it has done a lot of good for many people who wanted to feel heard after experiencing some type of injury and or loss.
We believe in giving back to our community and have done everything from establish and run a soup kitchen, to protest and educate about immigration injustice. We believe in educating our youth and for the past twenty five years have mentored young people but have also taught parents about managing systems that do not always embrace future generations.
Somos una familia de abogados. Nos conocimos en Taft High School. Practicamos en diferentes areas de la ley pero durante mas de veinte anos, tenemos nuestro bufete. Nuestros dos hijos son abogados. Ese bufete se formo bajo la necesidad de corregir injusticia y nos dedicamos a la comunidad en varias maneras importantes.

Legal Advice
If you have been injured in an accident such as on a sidewalk, street, public bus, train station, building, automobile, construction site, or any other site, you may have a claim in negligence.Â
An attorney will discuss the facts of your accident and inform you of any claims you may be able to make.
All claims are time sensitive and you must speak to an attorney as soon as possible.
Legal Representation
Once we identify a claim and you retain the firm to represent you, we file the necessary documents to start an action on your behalf.
There are no fees unless you receive an award. At the end of your claim, we receive our contingency fee based upon what you are awarded.

We are diligent in our work. You will only speak to an attorney. We will prepare you and appear with you at all inquiries and appearances. We return calls expeditiously. We will be in frequent contact with you and update you about your case more often than you anticipate.
